Free scanner: local browser processing
The public synthetic scanner is designed to process CSV data locally in the browser. It is a demonstration environment and should be used with synthetic or non-sensitive test data.
Paid scans: private evidence intake
After payment and scope confirmation, paid customers receive the approved private evidence-upload path. Only the invoices, clean exports, rate or tariff support, and shipment evidence needed for the agreed review should be submitted.
Do not submit credentials or payment-card data
CashAudit AI does not need passwords, bank credentials, payment-card numbers, private keys, or unrelated sensitive records to perform a Recovery Scan. Stripe processes checkout payments separately.
Data minimization
Recovery OS is designed to start from bounded exports and documents rather than broad account access or long ERP integrations. Review only the records needed for the purchased scope.
What the report contains
The numbers-first Audit Report separates reviewed value, candidate exposure, validated discrepancies, evidence gaps, and recovered cash. Candidate exposure is never presented as recovered money.
