CashAudit AI / Recovery OS is designed to begin with minimal business information. Public intake collects contact, company and scope information only. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, bank credentials, tax credentials, private keys or other sensitive account-access information through public forms.
Information we may collect
We may collect business contact details, company name, selected recovery scope, approximate operational volume, referral/entry-page information and basic website analytics. If an engagement proceeds, invoices, exports or documents may be requested through an approved secure intake path.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate fit, communicate about requested services, perform authorized evidence review, improve Recovery OS, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations.
Data minimization and access
Recovery OS is designed to use read-only exports, CSV/XLSX files and documents where practical instead of customer credentials or long write integrations. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the requested review.
Sharing
Business information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, communications, analytics, storage or payment systems. CashAudit AI does not intend to sell customer business data.
Retention and deletion
Data should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, accounting or legal obligations. A customer may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
Payments
Live checkout is processed by Stripe. CashAudit AI does not ask customers to submit payment-card numbers through public forms. Stripe checkout may collect contact name, business name, email, selected review scope and payment information required to process the transaction.
