Terms of Service
Service. Recovery OS provides service-assisted screening and audit support based on business records supplied or authorized by the customer. The service may identify discrepancies, recovery candidates, evidence gaps and suggested next steps. It does not guarantee a refund, credit, recovery, legal outcome or savings amount.
Current offers
The $199 Freight Quick Scan covers up to 5 freight invoices or a clean sample export, one problem family, up to 2 compatible detectors and a compact Signal Report with up to 3 evidence-backed findings. The $750 Full Recovery Scan may cover up to 25 invoices or an equivalent agreed export with broader evidence review.
Customer responsibility
The customer must have authority to provide submitted information and remains responsible for business decisions based on findings. CashAudit AI does not automatically contact carriers or vendors, file claims or disputes, or make account changes unless a later written engagement expressly authorizes that work.
Evidence status
Potential exposure, candidate value, confirmed discrepancy, submitted claim, accepted claim, recovered amount, fee earned, invoice issued and cash received are separate operational states. Estimates and open claims are not represented as recovered money.
Payments and refunds
The $199 Quick Scan and $750 Full Scan are one-time service purchases processed through Stripe. Payment purchases the bounded review described at checkout and does not guarantee that a discrepancy, credit, refund, recovery or savings amount will be found. Cancellation and refund handling follow the Payment & Refund Policy.
Limitations
Recovery OS is an audit and workflow product, not a law firm, accounting firm, carrier, bank or government agency. Legal, tax and regulatory questions may require an appropriately licensed professional.
These terms apply to current Recovery Scan purchases unless a separate written agreement expressly replaces or supplements them.
